M/S Salacia Nile cruise is completely refitted, refurbished, and converted to an all-suite configuration in the summer of 2006, no other ship of its size cruising the Nile offers so much space per client. Most vessels of this size carry 140-160 passengers or more, while this new ship will cater to only 59 discerning travelers, with a crew to passenger ratio of one to one, all while offering the highest quality of service, gastronomy, and accommodation. Stateroom and Royal suites both feature two full size windows and have areas of approximately 225 and 300 square feet respectively. M/S Salacia Nile cruise is offers a unique Master Suite features separated bedroom and lounge, with a dining area and bar. It covers about 700 square feet with five full size windows. All suites have telephones, LCD televisions, DVD players, satellite channels and in-house movies, safes, mini bar and individually controlled air conditioning. Complimentary room service, fresh fruit, all non-alcoholic beverages, hot thermos with tea and coffee, and mineral water is provided daily. The bathrooms are equipped with high quality toiletries, and luxury bathrobes and slippers are also provided. In addition to a main lounge and bar with dance floor and local entertainment, there is a casual all-day lounge and bar and a reading room and library. The main restaurant serves buffet breakfast and lunch and a la carte dinner with an international flavor for the most demanding palate. Al fresco lunch is also served at the Sahara Café aft on the main Sun Deck, weather permitting. The health club on the Lido Sun Deck, adjacent to the pool, has a sauna and Jacuzzi while the Temple SPA features a massage room, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a fully equipped workout area.
